2. Instructions for Use

For the best possible protection:

  • Place the DrugCover securely over the rim of your drink.

  • Ensure it fits properly before use.

  • Insert a straw through the designated opening if desired.

  • Remove the cover only when your drink remains under your direct supervision or when you have finished your beverage.

3. Safety Precautions

  • DrugCover is designed to help reduce risks but does not replace personal vigilance.

  • Always keep your drink within sight, even when using DrugCover.

  • Do not share your DrugCover with others.

4. Limitation of Liability

DrugCover is a preventive safety product and does not guarantee complete protection against malicious acts.

DrugCover shall not be held liable for improper use of the product or for incidents occurring despite its use.

The product is designed to help reduce risks and is not a detection device or a guarantee against drink spiking.

5. Storage & Care

  • Store DrugCover in a clean, dry place.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures or excessive moisture.

  • Wash regularly with clean water before reuse.

6. Recommended Age

DrugCover is intended for users who are legally permitted to purchase and use the product in their country of residence.

7. Orders

Orders are placed through the online store available on this website.

Once an order has been confirmed, it constitutes a binding purchase.

DrugCover reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment failure, abuse, or any abnormal order.

8. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law.

DrugCover reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced according to the prices displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

9. Shipping

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

10. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

11. Legal Warranty

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights that consumers may have under the laws applicable in their country of residence.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of France.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If no amicable solution can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence provide otherwise.
